Other Ingredients: Rice flour, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), vegetable lubricant.

The active ingredient, Chromium (as chromium picolinate) has increased from 250mcg to 500mcg, the number of capsules have changed from 100 to 60, and the capsules have been changed to vegetable capsules.
